Our freedom comes not from our independence but from our true dependence upon Spirit. It comes from inviting the awareness of Spirit deeply into our hearts and minds and having faith in this power.

We create so much, we have been given so much. You might consider saying and repeating to yourself : “I can see peace and healing instead of this”. You might want to say that over and over until you get a sense of that too. And in the face of it all no matter how scary things might appear. And after taking good care of yourself and your loved ones repeat to yourself” All is well until you know this to be true. The Universe Responds. It always it has your back. Stay well. Perseverance
