We often say, we are in the perfect place and perfect time, all the time. So, if things do not work out as planned, if we are in some hellish place we want to get out of, we dig deep within and release the need to be there. It’s really not about other people or external situations.
Life is a series of choices. From the instant you wake up in the morning until the moment you nod off to sleep at night, you make countless decisions
Seneca said “If one does not know which port one is sailing toward, no wind favorable”.
Many of you are true students and are all about connection, unity and oneness. You have experienced a lot of transformation, you have practiced the affirmative life, done affirmative prayer and have learned to live affirmatively. As a result, you have made life giving choices.
There are times though, when we get stressed, when we forget who we are and forget our connection. The daily grind sets in. It is in these times we forget we are unified with Source / Spirit. We make choices that bring us to painful places. When this happens, we pay a price because we forfeit the happiness and the peace that might have otherwise been ours.
We are so fortunate to have a way. We can go deeper.
So, today I ask you to pause to consider where you are, where your sails are set and who you want to become. Ask yourself whether you are sitting on the fence with indifference or standing in the light ready to embrace the power. The choice is yours and so are the consequences.
Wishing and hoping things will change doesn’t bring change. It doesn’t work that way.
To transform the world, we must begin with ourselves; and what is important, more than anything, is getting crystal clear about our intention, who we have come here to be.
Agents of love, connection, lifters or cheer leaders?
If you are lacking clarity about any of this, if you are ambivalent, that consciousness is mirrored in your experience. It’s high time to get excited about you! You have come here to shine and express joy.
The unexamined life is not worth living. Good people have capability and power at their disposal but, unlike you, they don’t realize they have this power. We, who are students of this teaching, are learning to live consciously, knowing we are one with the One.
Our intention is to have deeper self-understanding, so that we can see the roles that we are playing in creating our life and our experience.
We cannot wait for others, it is always going to be our responsibility to move forward, to set our sails, to set our intentions. There is no one going to save you except you, provided you become crystal clear. We have forgotten the simple idea “All is well” that Louise Hay was so fond of saying.
We come from connection and cultivate an awareness of this. We practice seeing life, goodness and learn to trust it.
We live, move and have our being in divine substance and know that everything we are looking at is GOD in Action.
It is a spiritual axiom that You are always in the perfect place and the perfect time.
Say that a thousand times until you believe it! And “this is God in my life”.
And so it is.
