Not at all! Each session is designed to be accessible to complete beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners. Rev. James meets you where you are.
While weekly attendance builds the most momentum, each session stands alone. Join when you can—there’s no pressure.
Registered participants receive a recording to watch on your own schedule.
This is spiritual, not religious. We welcome all beliefs. These principles work regardless of your faith background or definition of Spirit/God/Universe.
Each session is 60-75 minutes. Come for the full experience or what time allows.
