This group will address addiction from a 12-step facilitation understanding.

The purpose is to gain clearer understanding of addiction and develop coping skills through 12 step facilitation.

We will also understand the importance of having a higher power and how to channel this power to our advantage.

Great elucidation will also be shone to the negative thinking that trigger addictions.
